I specialize in banking and financial law, a field that does not fall short of such complex issues. I advise clients on transactional finance (including syndicated finance, project finance, and structured finance) as well as on high-end financial regulatory assignments in the banking, insurance, and funds sectors. In 2010, I was seconded for a nine-month period to a London-based international financial institution.
