I joined KPMG Law as a Senior Counsel in 2021, following more than 20 years as a partner at leading Belgian and international law firms. As an experienced litigator and transactional lawyer, I have represented clients in various prominent cases with an emphasis on real estate (project development and construction law), restructuring (in going concern and discontinuity) of companies and on commercial contracts such as distribution -, agency -, supply -, franchising -, aircraft - and vessel - (yachts), throughput - and windmill agreements.
