My job is all about diversity: I have to gauge the needs and personality of each company in order to deliver pertinent advice and respond to and resolve issues as they arise.
I specialize in banking and finance law, in particular, transaction based financing, banking and finance regulations and debt capital markets. I advise on financial matters, including project and acquisition finance, corporate finance, trade finance, restructuring, financial instruments, factoring, trade receivables financing, and securitizations.
I am passionate about modern art. I love outdoor sports and traveling, preferrably with my family and/or good friends.
