Digital tools and technologies have become an integral part of the workplace. They make organizations more efficient and give managers more control. But at the same time, they bring new challenges in terms of privacy, transparency, and legal certainty.
How do employer interests relate to employee rights, especially now that there is new legislation on private investigation and pay transparency?
During our breakfast seminar, you will receive a clear overview of the current legal rules, recent case law, and practical tips relating to employees and freelancers. We will make the link to everyday practice, so that you can immediately align your own policy with the latest insights.

• What retention periods apply?
• How do you apply the principles of wage transparency to freelancers?
• To what extent can you monitor employees and freelancers (KPIs, security, etc.)?
• Are you allowed to conduct internal investigations, for example in mailboxes or via camera images?
• What are the consequences if evidence is gathered during these internal investigations?
• How do you deal with serious errors when the correct procedure was not followed?  
• What do you do with professional mailboxes after an employee leaves (automatic reply, retention period, access)?
